Awful service.
Ordered for Father’s Day and still have not received my delivery. Emailed multiple times and no response!
Trying to get anywhere with wowcher is a nightmare. So avoid!

Shocking experience - should have had 3 hampers delivered by 15th June - tried every way of contact - email/phone and heard nothing. They were presents so have since bought locally but had no response whatsoever from honest brew - honest??? Contacted Wowcher/Living Social - also very poor - responded 24 hrs later but only via messaging and refusing to refund - only credit my account. Steer well clear -

Terrible experience so far, i placed an order using wowcher for delivery of some beers for fathers day. Delivery was supposed to be on the 15/06. I have called several times and either cannot get through due to long waiting times or am asked to leave a message (which i have done) i have emailed 3 times since 15/06 and messaged them on FB and still no response?. i want to know where my delivery is? wont use them again if this is the type of service they offer

They have been excellent in the past for me, but I have just received an email saying they have ceased trading.

Hence 1 star.

I have a £50 balance with them too. They say they will transfer it to another online craft beer company for me to spend there We'll see...

As a monthly subscriber I've used HonestBrew on a few occasions without a hitch, however my latest order was a disaster.

I ordered 10 various sours/goses and took up the option of "Express24" delivery. Their website states that all orders before 2pm are dispatched same day, so I was looking forward to receiving my beers the following day. This was, however, not the case. My beer was not dispatched by HonestBrew for another 48 hours, meaning I got the beers 4 days after ordering. That's not Express24 delivery.

It gets worse.

When my delivery came, I found that I hadn't received 5 of the 10 beers I ordered. Instead, I received 5 cans of Magic Rock Cannon Ball, which I didn't order in the first place. Not only was my beer swapped, the Cannon Ball was much cheaper than the beers I'd originally ordered, meaning value-wise I was down about £15.

I sent an email, however had received no response so tried to call. To this point I've called them 15 times, left numerous messages, sent 3 emails and even tweeted them but got no response.

I have a feeling that they may be in some financial difficulty, but if not I'll never order from these again. A pitiful customer experience.

Fairly disappointing all round, Honest brew offered a next day delivery service which confirmed the beers would arrive on the 1st June but they did not arrive untill the 8th June, entirely missing the event for which they were ordered. Additionally had two cans replaced with Magicrock cannonball despite but nothing ahead of time telling me this was hte case. This is not the first time I've had a delivery be late (or just never appear!) and be missing beer and it's probably the last time I'll use honest brew.

Ordered as a gift by and I’ve heard the beer was good. Took a week to arrive, despite paying for next day delivery, which was very disappointing. Unable to track order on my account which wasn’t helpful either. Admittedly it was a bank holiday weekend, but even so…

I was given a voucher for Honest Brew as a leaving present.
I'd never heard of them but was intrigued when I was told about them and very impressed by the variety when I looked at their website. Feeling slightly overwhelmed by the choice and variety available I eventually chose to pluck for a variety box and less than 24 hrs later a box of 12 random beers arrived. 3 days later I'm wondering why I'd never heard of Honest Brew... A wide variety of top quality beers at sensible prices and delivered to my door almost instantly, whats not to like? I haven't done it yet but I will be creating an account to follow up with more orders. I can't wait to find out what else is available!

Great beers at great prices and delivered quickly... That says it all really,but be rude to just write a sentence. They ha e a really good range of beers from staple to less well known breweries from all over the world. The prices for members are good and they are always slung good promotions and offer good selection boxes to meet any taste or can hand pick them to tickle your fancy. Lush lovely liquor

On my last order 5 of my beers were replaced with beers of a lesser value and a totally different style.
Without the difference being refunded.
I have sent two emails and registered an enquiry with honest brew 3 days ago and I have still not had a reply.
This on top of the fact the order was almost a week late.

All good, only complaint, didn't get a call back when I rand with a question.

The order arrived on time with all the items and a small gift which was a nice touch.

Receved a gift voucher. Voucher code didn't work. Tried to contact by phone, tried nine times but couldn't get through to anybody. Emailed and problem sorted out within a day. Placed order. On 31st May told beer had been despatched. 8th of june emailed to Honestbrew to advise beer hadn't been delivered. No reply to my email, beer still not delivered 9th june.
